What you can do
- Closets & pieces: Organize each person’s clothes and jewelry with photos and collections.
- Outfits & wears: Save outfits, mark what you wore, and browse your worn history.
- What to wear & packing: Find outfit ideas and prepare a trip’s packing list.
- Insights & friends: Spot duplicates and gaps. Friends now lives in the top menu: connect with invite links and share a closet. Invites still connect if your friend signs in to an existing account, and collections show who they’re shared with.
- Backup & requests: Download and restore your Closet (backups include counts so you can check them), and request a new collection type.
- Button hints & item examples: Hover or press and hold for a button hint; notes and size examples match the collection and item type.

Security check-up: tighter account protection and updated building blocks behind the scenes. Nothing changes in how you use Closet.
Evening update: new accounts confirm their email, new passwords are checked against known leaks, and new invitation links expire after 14 days. Existing pieces, photos, outfits, friends and invitations are unchanged.
Friendlier screens: every search clears with ×, empty pages tell you what to add, failed loads have Retry, and deletes ask first.
A calm pass over every page: search boxes and filters clear with one tap, empty pages suggest the next step, failed loads and saves offer Retry without losing what you typed, and deleting a piece asks first with a short Undo window. Signing in also returns you to the page you wanted.
Button hints, matching examples & home-screen Help (evening)
Not sure what a button does? Hover over it on a computer, or press and hold it on your phone. Notes and size hints now match the collection (Jewelry vs clothing). And you can add Closet to your iPhone home screen from Help.
Complete downloads, even for a large Closet
Download my data now pulls every item, outfit, and wear day, even with a large Closet. The file includes counts so you can spot a truncated export.
Invites that always connect; see who sees what
Invites keep working when your friend already has an account — after they sign in, you're connected. Collections now show who they're shared with, and you can remove access from there.
Friends, invite links & requests (night)
Friends has its own spot in the top menu. Make an invite link, add who it's for, and text it to a friend. You'll see a red dot when someone wants to connect, and you can revoke a link you no longer need.
Faster, safer backups, and collection requests
Closet opens faster with lighter photos, your backup file now restores cleanly, and you can request a new kind of collection (paintings, knitting, anything).
A friendlier welcome
A benefit-first welcome page greets you before sign-in. Create your account opens sign-up; Sign in stays separate.
A tidier, standalone Closet
MacroDay links removed; Account settings fold into shorter sections; search and filters have clear × controls; Create account opens sign-up.
Worn today, just this closet
Worn today follows your selected closet. Closet choices show item counts and dates for matching names, new duplicate names are blocked, Business is an occasion, and your display name appears in Account and sharing.
Faster sign-up; add your name
New accounts are signed in right away, no confirmation email needed. Your name is now required at sign-up and shows in your Account menu and to friends.

A pale lavender wash across Closet keeps white cards and forms clear and easy to read.
Account menu & Help overview
Account now opens My Account, Change Password and Sign Out. Help starts with What you can do, with older updates folded under See all updates.
